Make Educational Opportunity Possible in Vermont

Eligible Vermont taxpayers can commit now to make a qualifying EFTC contribution through ACE Scholarships starting January 1, 2027. Your contribution can help students in participating states while you encourage Vermont to opt-in.

Vermont has not yet finalized its participation in the EFTC. Governor Phil Scott signed Act 164 in June 2026, creating a conditional framework for participation. However, the law directs Vermont to decline participation if final federal rules conflict with the state’s conditions.
