Nearly one-third of Utah K–12 students may be eligible for an ACE scholarship, yet many remain stuck in underperforming schools solely due to their zip code. Every child deserves access to a quality education—no matter where they live.

A photo of Erik Billinger. The image shows a professional head‑and‑shoulders portrait displayed inside a circular crop with a thin orange border, set on a transparent checkerboard background. A single adult is centered and faces forward, wearing a textured blue suit jacket, a light dress shirt, and a diagonally striped tie. The background inside the circle is softly blurred with warm, neutral tones, suggesting an indoor setting with ambient lighting. The lighting is even and balanced, creating a clean, polished portrait suitable for professional or organizational use.
