More than 35,500 (25%) of Delaware’s K–12 students may be eligible for an ACE scholarship, yet many remain stuck in underperforming schools solely due to their zip code. Every child deserves access to a quality education—no matter where they live.

The image shows a school‑aged person standing upright indoors in front of a white door with decorative, textured glass panels arranged in vertical patterns. The subject is centered in the frame and shown from about mid‑thigh upward. Clothing consists of a bright red short‑sleeved polo shirt tucked into gray pants secured with a belt. One hand rests near a pocket while the other hangs at the side. The background includes the door frame and glass details, with a small visible sign near the lower left reading “No Soliciting.” Lighting is even and natural, clearly illuminating the subject and the doorway.

A photo of Erik Billinger. The image shows a professional head‑and‑shoulders portrait displayed inside a circular crop with a thin orange border, set on a transparent checkerboard background. A single adult is centered and faces forward, wearing a textured blue suit jacket, a light dress shirt, and a diagonally striped tie. The background inside the circle is softly blurred with warm, neutral tones, suggesting an indoor setting with ambient lighting. The lighting is even and balanced, creating a clean, polished portrait suitable for professional or organizational use.
