The guaranteed check-in time for the Four Seasons is 4:00pm, Thursday, August 5. The resort will do their best to accommodate early arrivals and will be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. Your first and last name will act as your confirmation number upon check-in. Our first organized time together will be the Welcome Reception that same evening at 5:00pm. This reception, as well as the majority of our programming, will take place in the Cottonwood Ballroom.
Below are some attire suggestions for the weekend. As is often the case, the hotel meeting spaces will likely be cool, so please be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket with you if you tend to find yourself chilly in air-conditioned environments. The high in Jackson Hole will be 80 degrees with a low of 45 degrees.
- Ladies—Casual pants or slacks with blouses and/or sweaters, casual dresses, or casual skirts, blouses or sweaters.
- Gentlemen—Casual pants with collared or polo shirts, or sweaters. Sports jackets and blazers are appropriate, but not required.

Parking at the Hotel
Valet parking is available, with unlimited in-and-out privileges. The cost is $40 per vehicle per night. Ask our Concierge for more details. There is no parking at the Resort for RVs. Ranch Lot in Teton Village – a 10-minute walk from the Resort – offers overnight RV parking, and Guest Services will be happy to assist with directions and transportation to and from the lot.
