Here’s How Your Contributions Are Making a Difference

ACE Scholarships has been helping change the lives for so many students, and this is hugely thanks to our donors. Today, we would like to share a story from one of our scholars so you can really see on an individual level how our scholarships are aiding those who come from low-income families.

Shelton

Shelton, of Carencro, Louisiana, is one of our scholarship recipients and he attends Teurlings Catholic High School. The first to attend a private school in his family, Shelton will graduate in 2022. He plans to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette to study accounting.

As of now, he has already been awarded $16,000 in college scholarships! Described as quiet and soft-spoken, Shelton has been able to thrive in a way that would’ve been more difficult had he not been given the educational opportunity at Teurlings Catholic High School. For Shelton, and many others, ACE Scholarships has been able to help provide quality schooling.

Every student deserves the same chance to brighten their futures. We understand that coming from a low-income family can make it difficult to access the same kind of resources as other students, and we want to change that narrative. It is thanks to donors like you that we are able to tell these success stories—and we plan on telling countless more! Access to quality education should be a priority, no matter what the financial burden may be. Shelton and many others are able to thrive thanks to our donors.

ACE Scholarships has been helping students realize and achieve their goals and change their stories since 2000. We work to continue making a difference in the lives of many. The demand for a better education has been increasing over the years, and unfortunately, the supply is lacking. Your donations are greatly appreciated and provide so many benefits for a child’s future.

Once again, thank you for your belief in us and our mission. Thank you on behalf of Shelton, and others like him.
